Estates on Greenwood offers pet-friendly apartments near you and provides a wonderful place for not only you to live, but also a wonderful place for your pet to live. 

We believe that pets are an important part of life, which is why we have policies to accommodate pet ownership. While community policies are subject to change, our community currently abides by the following:

  • $350 non-refundable pet fee per pet
  • $25 pet rent per pet each month
  • Pet Types: Cats & Dogs
  • No Breed or Weight Restrictions
  • Two pets max per apartment.
